9. Website Migration & License Revocation
In the event that a website built using Ashton WP is migrated away from our platform to a different hosting provider or website builder, all licenses granted for the use of Ashton WP’s features, functionalities, and integrations (including but not limited to Astra Pro, Elementor Pro, and Nitropack CDN) on that specific website will be automatically revoked. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses for any third-party tools or services required to maintain the migrated website.
9a. Nitropack CDN: Experience lightning-fast website loading times with Nitropack CDN integration. Note: A basic footer message acknowledging Nitropack CDN’s service is displayed on websites using the Personal, Pro or VIP plan. Upgrade to an Enterprise plan for completely remove footer customization.
9b. Website Support – Limited Scope
1. Website Support Scope:
Our websites provides immediate tools and functionalities that empower users to build and manage their websites. While we strive to offer a user-friendly experience, we offer limited website support for these tools.
2. Included Support:
- Access to our knowledge base and FAQs covering common website creation and management issues.
- Limited troubleshooting assistance within the platform through chatbots or pre-defined solutions.
- Limited support for Elementor, Astra framework.
3. Excluded Support:
- We do not provide custom website development or coding assistance.
- We do not offer in-depth troubleshooting or debugging for complex website issues.
- We do not provide website hosting or server maintenance support.
4. Third-Party Integrations:
For assistance with third-party integrations or plugins used on your website, we recommend contacting the respective developer or support team directly.
5. Paid Support Options:
